JL Architecture is available for new projects

Architect Jérôme Licois (DPLG) graduated from the National School of Architecture of Versailles, and founded his architecture studio JLA in 2013. The studio works on both private and public projects in various sectors, including public access buildings (ERP), offices, retail, residential housing, single-family houses, extensions, renovations and disaster restoration for buildings affected by fire or water damage, for example.

Each project is first dreamed of and marked by a poetic, sometimes even spiritual act, integrating concepts of functionality, use, energy efficiency, durability, constructive intelligence and rationality. Regulatory, functional and financial requirements are brought together to result in a coherent, essential, realistic and achievable project.

The architecture studio JLA considers the craftsmanship of everyone involved in the act of building (stone carvers, masons, carpenters, painters, woodworkers, structural engineers, etc.) to be an important factor that enriches their projects from their conception. 

Their architecture, whether classic or contemporary, is always contextual. Each project is unique.
