Tateossian Julien E.I. is available for new projects

"Since its creation in 2007, the studio has been working on architectural and scenographic projects. These projects are designed and implemented with respect for high environmental values, following bioclimatic principles, and in consultation with the client and users.

Since the creation of the Julien Tateossian studio in 2007, the practice has been practised, in parallel with the usual complete missions of project management, through the accompaniment of self-construction for various architectural and scenographic projects such as

• individual or cooperative housing
• cultural venues: dance school, astronomical observatory, etc.
• food shops: responsible grocery shops, bars, restaurants... Close to a regional local food group since 2013, the scope of the practice has been extended to the field of organic food, from production to distribution, including processing: farms, processing kitchen.
• design and production of stage designs for shows and exhibitions.

The Julien Tateossian studio conducts rehabilitation projects in old housing or new construction, with various timeframes, carried out by multiple actors, and of various sizes. The activity currently extends over the national territory and is open to the international market. The independent structure is connected to a network of multiple skills that it calls upon according to the needs of the projects,

What are the pillars of the project?

The projects are designed with respect for high environmental values, through the choice of low-energy materials, of bio-sourced or geo-sourced origin, produced locally whenever possible, and/or from the reuse sector. In addition, attention is paid to saving drinking water and sorting waste on the building sites.

The design integrates bioclimatic principles and techniques for reducing heat loss.

The spatial proposals are based on the space experienced by the individual and by the group, on the practice of environments rich in sensory stimulation. The analysis of uses is one of the pillars of the project's design, in parallel with a reflection on the space's capacity to adapt and transmit.

Julien Tateossian offers adapted support for the development of the project, in close collaboration with the client and the users. Interpersonal relations, the quality of exchanges and listening to each other are fundamental to the success and strength of the project.
