THOMAS LUMMAUX ARCHITECTE is available for new projects

Thomas Lummaux Architecte is based in Pau in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques region, Nouvelle-Aquitaine.

Thomas Lummaux graduated from the École Spéciale d'Architecture de Paris in 2020 and set up the agency at the beginning of 2021, following his accreditation as a project manager. The professional path that led him to this resumption of studies and this installation in his own name was made up of many years of experience in various architectural agencies. This career path allowed him to participate in a wide variety of projects and was rich in formative encounters. It is thanks to this solid field experience and the freshness of his institutional training that Thomas Lummaux now carries out his own projects.

The agency designs and carries out projects for public and private clients. Whatever the client and the size of the project, their desire to adapt to the client's wishes is the same. Whatever the request, it is important to them to respond to it as well as possible, without detours.

The Thomas Lummaux Architecte agency was born, in line with its diploma subject "an urban future in touch with nature", with the aim of reconciling building techniques with a commitment to sustainable development and respect for the living world. The aim is to put these principles into practice by working on what is already there and what is to come.

The notions of reuse, constructive and energetic frugality, and the use of biosourced and/or geosourced materials constitute an essential starting point for a sustainable and responsible architecture, in order to guarantee the most pleasant and sustainable future possible for everyone.

It is in this concern for sustainable development and respect for the living that the agency has been trained and referenced to carry out energy audits: the aim is to lead individuals on the path to energy sobriety in their homes, and to improve their quality of life in them.
