Angela GIRARD - MENHIR ARCHITECTES is available for new projects

Passionate architects, Mathieu Hellénis and Angela Girard founded the Menhir Architects agency in 2017. Coming from different backgrounds in agencies, as freelancers or in public contracting, their complementary approaches have been enriched by the diversity of their professional experiences.

Mathieu Hellénis was a project manager in large Parisian agencies and then set up his own business in 2013 as an HMONP architect. Angela Girard worked for five years for the Seine-Saint-Denis Departmental Council, as an operations manager in the project management office, before setting up her own business as a project manager.

Fervent activists for social and environmental innovation, the work of these architects begins with the analysis of the global and historical context to move towards the small scale. They develop their projects with the will to create a sustainable, sober, frugal architecture, intelligently integrated into its context. The approach to environmental quality and the reduction of energy consumption will be at the heart of their thinking.

The objective of Menhir Architects is to provide a response that is perfectly adapted to the programme and the wishes of the client, taking into account the current and future needs of the inhabitants or users.
