Amandine Hincker has worked independently for 9 years as a project manager, with a background influenced by various collaborations ranging from contemporary architecture to timber frame construction.

This architect accompanies you throughout your project, from the first draft to the choice of materials that will make up your spaces, working in collaboration with interior architects capable of taking over your project right up to the decoration of your interior.

> Method

A project is designed progressively, step by step, around exchanges between the architect and the client. It is generally defined in 3 major phases:

• The preliminary studies from the sketch to the administrative file of the project,
• The final studies which specify the project and prepare the building site,

The works, with a weekly follow-up, an acceptance and a file of the executed works. The mission can be complete, from the sketch to the acceptance of the site, or partial.

> Fees

In accordance with the ordinance of 1 December 1986 on freedom of pricing and competition, the architect's fees are freely fixed between the client and the architect. The fees are derived from the architect's work and are calculated according to the project: its size, budget and degree of complexity. They can be calculated according to the amount of work or as a lump sum depending on the type of project.

Each project is unique and has different degrees of complexity. Amandine Hincker does not have a price list, and only an exchange of views on the programme and the constraints linked to the land and the town planning regulations in force will enable us to establish a fee proposal.
