Atelier d'Architecture Clarté is available for new projects

Romain LAGAR is a DE-HMONP architect, graduated from ENSA-Versailles in 2015 and holds a master in social and cultural history of architecture and territories.

Romain has worked in collaboration with architects Fanny QUITARD and Didier DRUMMOND since 2015, participating in the follow-up of projects, from the sketch to the reception of works. During these years of practice, he has acquired solid experience in the design and execution of works in urban and rural environments, which has been concretised by the construction of multiple projects in new construction or renovation, responding to a varied programming: housing, public facilities, offices, shops, industrial buildings, equestrian facilities, heritage transformation.

Giving meaning to old heritage

The Atelier d'Architecture Clarté was created in order to pursue this commitment and to assist you in the realisation of your architectural and urban projects in a sector of intervention that extends essentially within the Ile-de-France region, between the Yvelines and the Pays de Drouais.

The will of the workshop has already been concretized through the realization of several projects these last five years, of which here are some examples

the rehabilitation of the presbytery in the commune of Crespières (78), transformed into a multi-purpose room, a co-working space and housing, and the opening to the public of its redesigned garden for the greater benefit of its inhabitants.

the rehabilitation of the chapel of the château d'Abondant (28), a former barn transformed into housing, as well as the neighbouring dovecote.

the transformation of a residential pavilion into a nursing home despite a tight budget for the commune of Mareil-sur-Mauldre (78).

The Atelier Clarté is aimed at both private individuals and public decision-makers, for all types of orders, from the extension of individual houses to the new construction of a collective housing building, including the tertiary sector and agriculture, with no minimum surface area limit, for all new construction, rehabilitation, renovation, development, extension or elevation projects.

Romain LAGAR's mission is to advise and assist you in your architectural and urban projects, for :

• carrying out design studies,
• the preparation of administrative files (prior declaration of work, building permit, application for subsidies).
• consultation with construction companies,
• monitoring the construction site,

Its priority? The enhancement and transformation of the existing built heritage, while meeting the economic challenges set by the order and the ecological challenges of our time.
