ATELIER YOANN LOPES-PEREIRA is an architectural firm registered with the Ordre des Architectes, tableau Île-de-France under number S23644. The company is managed by Yoann LOPES-PEREIRA, a qualified architect who is authorised to manage projects in his own name (D.E HMONP architect)

As a young agency, ATELIER YOANN LOPES-PEREIRA questions the current and future modes of production in construction. It researches, experiments and develops its construction methods by integrating them from the very beginning of the design process, while placing the future user at the centre of the process. Experience in complete construction allows the workshop to accompany project owners until the perfect delivery of the work in new construction or rehabilitation.

The studio undertakes a comprehensive approach with the aim of participating in the dissemination of architectural culture within society, by accompanying the public, whether young or more experienced, as soon as possible, to discover and enrich themselves on questions relating to Architecture and the profession of Architect in all its aspects.

Thus, one of the workshop's aims is to set up an educational, rigorous and methodical architecture, in the service of the common interest, a fair and controlled approach to best accompany project owners in all the steps and stages necessary for successful completion.

ATELIER YOANN LOPES-PEREIRA is also developing specific skills in current and future issues: those of the renovation of existing built heritage. The focus is on technical research, training in new construction processes and their correct implementation.

In the same way, an approach and a sensitivity to the economics of the project allow the workshop to give a complete vision of the costs of a project, and in particular in the notions of global cost, also taking into account the life cycle of the building, its maintenance, its upkeep, its modifications and its re-use.
