Atelier Z Architectes is available for new projects

Atelier Z Architectes is a duo of architects trained at the Paris - Belleville School of Architecture and both graduated (HMONP) in 2011. These two partners have been practising under their own name since 2012. The human and professional values they share are the starting point for the creation of Atelier Z Architectes in 2016.

Their field of action, essentially focused on private project management, covers construction, extension and elevation of houses, heavy renovation of flats, buildings and commercial premises in Paris, the Paris region, Marseille and its surroundings.

These architectural professionals also provide advice on building pathologies to co-ownerships and trustees. These diagnostic missions enable the foundations to be laid for structural reinforcement work, facade and roof renovations and energy renovations. They also allow for a commitment to the conservation, maintenance and perpetuation of the old building heritage.

Romain CONDUZORGUES and Guillaume MARTINEZ defend the role of the architect as a craftsman whose mission is to design a customised project with his clients. Beyond the design work, the attention paid to the craftsmen's know-how and the reinforced presence on the building sites are, for them, the best guarantee of a perfectly completed project. These two team members maintain a network of trusted companies that enable them to carry out their clients' projects with the best possible quality, know-how and economy. These companies range from the general contractor, with separate building trades, to specialist craftsmen such as carpenters, ironworkers, etc.

Human interaction is a central pillar of their work, both in the design and execution phases. The first meeting with their clients allows Atelier Z Architects to discuss their expectations, to outline their mission and their project methodology in order to specify the conditions for its feasibility (regulatory, technical, budgetary, temporal).

Romain CONDUZORGUES and Guillaume MARTINEZ are surrounded by a number of professionals who are experts in their respective technical fields, with whom they develop the projects: construction economics, thermal studies, structural studies, landscape.

Atelier Z Architectes is part of WA, the city and landscape factory based in Marseille. This agency specialises in building and landscape design and encourages the pooling of skills and the cross-fertilisation of know-how in a common dynamic.
