SINE QUA NON is available for new projects

Created in 1990, the agency is located in the city centre of Lille, not far from the main administrative and communication facilities, and welcomes its clients in optimal conditions, in an office of more than 100m².

Founders of the studio, Anne Lheureux and Gerry Wilk met at the Lille-Région Nord School of Architecture. The Lheureux-Wilk agency was born in 1990 out of a deep desire to pool their resources and abilities in order to respond to the projects entrusted to them.

In a spirit of renewal, these architects created the SINE QUA NON agency in 2012, always with the ambition to approach and treat architecture in all its disciplines. The analysis of constraints, the strength of the site and the study of the programme lead these architects to propose architectural responses adapted to the expectations of the client. The agency takes a global approach to the project, from the design of the building's exterior envelope, its landscape and urban setting, to the enhancement of the interior spaces and the design of the furniture.

These architects form a complementary duo, with two singular personalities driven by the same objectives. Anne Lheureux handles the entire project design, from the first sketches to the details of the building site. This architect asserts her versatility by designing spaces specific to each situation. Gerry Wilk is a construction technician and a specialist in HQE and low-energy buildings. He provides environmental, ecological and social expertise, from the design to the completion of the project. This architect manages the site phases and ensures the agency's relations.

The SINE QUA NON agency has a multidisciplinary structure that enables it to manage medium and large-scale projects, surrounding itself with qualified skills depending on the nature of the project. In this sense, SINE QUA NON is able to respond to the most ambitious projects, both nationally and internationally.
