SARL Atelier SKALA is available for new projects

Skala is:

-creativity with a team of 3 architects, including manager Samantha LUC and her 10 years of practice. She surrounds herself with 2 young architects who graduated from the Nantes school, bringing new ideas.

-angoumoisins: The offices are located in the city center of Angouleme allowing the agency to be a real local player, in co-location with other creative professions (an architect and a graphic designer) offering complementarity and dynamism .

-efficiency: Skala will always offer efficient architecture in its operation, optimization of spaces. We will favor a simple design without superfluous and without “have you seen me” but rather comfortable spaces

-sensitivity in efficiency: architecture, beyond being a product of construction, must be poetic and give its users warm spaces (the atmosphere) volume (variable ceiling heights), light (natural and artificial), textures, colors, smells (wood, concrete), sounds (management of acoustics, muffled or resonant). Skala thinks about the exterior shell but is particularly fond of the details of the interior treatments which give the place its full dimension.

-skills: design offices with specialties adapted to each operation (structural, fluid, thermal engineers, VRD technicians, acousticians, landscapers, environment, reuse). The agency has working habits with these BETs which allows for an effective synthesis of all trades.

-versatility: projects of all scales and types, from new construction to major rehabilitation. The agency's references include hotels, offices, health facilities, businesses, school facilities, industries, housing, etc.

-commitments: site projects on time and within budget. Samantha LUC makes it a point of honor to keep her commitments. Budget control occurs from the study phases and remains essential during site monitoring.
