What is the philosophy of the agency?
The architectural practice of Cabinet Hartmann is part of an ecological and economic approach.
For many years, these architects have been working with the aim of developing low-energy buildings.
Gérard Hartmann and his team are constantly on the lookout for new materials and new technologies to implement in order to make their buildings more energy efficient.
As architects, their duty is to advise the client according to the objectives set during the elaboration of the project, while respecting all the regulatory aspects (town planning, accessibility...) as well as the cost of the operation.
Hartmann is a caring and committed firm that will accompany you throughout your project, with the aim of bringing your ideas to life in harmony, with the aim of designing spaces that reflect your personality.
What are the advantages of using an architect?
The role of the architect is to help and accompany his client in the design and implementation of his living spaces. Calling on a qualified professional guarantees you, above all else, a house that meets your expectations. You will also be assured that your home will meet the various administrative, technical and budgetary constraints. Finally, from a creative point of view, the architect will guide you towards an original and functional creation, whether it is in a contemporary, Provencal or traditional style.
What are the phases of a construction project?
Through preliminary studies, the architect proposes a global solution that meets the client's strict expectations, while checking that the budget is in line with the project. The architect visits the site, takes note of the technical and financial data, as well as the legal obligations.
For a construction project, the architect studies with you the land and its location, the environment and its topography, the characteristics of the soil and the easements.
For a renovation or extension project, the architect must first examine the existing building to determine the scope of the work. He then draws up the graphic documents and the administrative documents necessary for the constitution of the building permit file, which he then submits to the town hall on behalf of his client. (If the contract does not include the filing of a building permit, this is a partial assignment). Once the permit has been obtained, the architect begins the general design of the project, moving on to the consultation of companies, so that they can deliver precise offers.
