AURA ARCHITECTE is available for new projects

The AURA Architecture agency was created at the end of 2011 by Julien Passerieux, Architect D.P.L.G, after 9 years of collaboration within renowned international architecture agencies (Gilles Perraudin Architect, Ateliers Lion Architectes Urbanistes, Valode & Pistre Architectes, Antoine Garcia- Diaz Architect Town Planner).

The references and skills of the aura* agency in the fields of architecture, town planning, and interior design allow it to ensure today, Project Management of all types of projects, from sketch studies to work management.

With professional experience on large-scale projects, the agency is today capable of responding to all missions relating to architecture, town planning, project management as well as project management assistance.

This provides a professional perspective on the layout of interior spaces, on architecture, on the design of public spaces and, is able to to propose urban solutions.

Through its global approach, it creates, while respecting the world of its clients, qualitative and contemporary buildings which pose both architectural, but also social, urban and functional questions. Its role is to realize desires by determining the most suitable solutions, within a controlled budget

Our agency is attached to the logic of sites and each project allows the redefinition of issues and locations. The diversity of questions and project scales leads to a diversity of answers.

It was in 2010 as Project Manager that Julien Passerieux for the Valode & Pistre Architectes agency, during the design of the "NewSide" building in La Garenne-Colombes, (accompanied by COTEBA, & HILSON MORAN) carried out the first building in France to benefit from triple certfication: HQE® Construction exceptional level (BBC label), BREEAM (Very Good) and LEED (Platinum) on behalf of GECINA.
