Jua is available for new projects

JUA is a new architectural agency created in October 2022 in the town of Saint Aignan de Grand Lieu. The agency is managed by Julie LEBRET.

During her years as an employee, Julie LEBRET has worked on a variety of programmes: offices, collective housing, schools and training facilities. In addition, she has worked on the construction of new buildings, restructurings or more or less heavy renovations.

In architecture, behind every built project, there is a concept, an idea. Sometimes, this concept can be misinterpreted by a talkative architecture, a misunderstood "architectural gesture". JUA seeks to remove the excess in the construction. To make visible only the essentials necessary to understand the architectural concept. The agency tends towards an elegant and minimalist architecture.

At JUA we believe that by working with space in a qualitative way we can turn a spatial experience into a happy and poetic moment. There is light, nature, animals and seasons, in the midst of which we construct buildings for our societies. Our approach to architecture aims to establish gentle connections filled with poetry between the immediate environment and the building.

A good building is a building that knows its users. A building that will provide spaces that resemble them and that respect the people who will evolve there. Respecting the needs and limitations of the users is the basis of a successful project. Our role is to help you specify this by listening to you and, above all, by meeting you.

The agency works for you but above all with you. Without clients there are no projects. We make it a point of honour to understand your needs and grasp your desires and wishes.

We offer you partial missions that stop at the Building Permit or missions that go up to the delivery of the building site.
