Atelier JU.ste Architecture is available for new projects

Jonathan Udol, HMONP architect, established Atelier JU.ste Architecture. Based on references of new constructions, renovations, restructuring, layouts or interior fittings. We will support you in complete or partial missions:

• Feasibility study of your project
• Sketch and preliminary projects
• Building Permit
• Business consultation
• Work monitoring and reception assistance

We are interested in projects that range from renovations of individual residences to larger commercial and multi-residential buildings. We develop our designs by working closely with our clients, taking into account their specific requirements and providing design solutions tailored to their lifestyle. Above all, our wish is that our customer feels comfortable as soon as they walk through the door. Our goal is to create a feeling of well-being.

We think long term and make a point of paying meticulous attention to detail, because we are convinced that it is the little things that matter, both in the way the client perceives their architecture and in the quality of the service we offer. This is a guarantee of success for the project that this workshop offers.

Drawing on extensive skills (architecture, structure, facade, etc.), our workshop offers its clients comprehensive and personalized support. The objective being to design and establish “global” and “coherent” architectures, combining interior and exterior spaces, while taking into account the inseparable logics of construction, interior design and garden, all under the direction of a single contact. Thanks to our experience, we are better able to foresee the hazards of the construction site, to respect the budget and to manage the tensions generally associated with invisible hierarchies between the architect and the craftsman. We collaborate in the implementation of the project, following a horizontal structure: the client, the project manager and the craftsman. This continuous presence, from design to the end of the project, allows rigorous control of the progress of the project.

Through a serious approach to design, meticulous attention to detail, and practical, aesthetic and ergonomic considerations, we develop for each project a “structuring” layout which will subsequently be personalized and will actively contribute to the establishment of the architecture of the space.
