Energy performance diagnostician (DPE) for all types of buildings

Arch’Eplus is able to carry out DPE on all types of buildings, housing, tertiary sectors, industries, and public establishments.

The DPE informs buyers or tenants about the energy and climate performance of a home or building, by evaluating its energy consumption and its impact in terms of greenhouse gas emissions. It is used in particular to identify energy strainers. The DPE also aims to recommend the work to be carried out to improve and estimate its energy costs.

Regulatory Energy Audit and Global Renovation

Our team carries out regulatory energy audits for condominiums and individual homes in order to maximize their energy efficiency. We establish the inventory, identify its weak points, and propose renovation scenarios.

The energy audit makes it possible to target priority work to be carried out, step by step, and to smooth out their financing over time if necessary. We estimate the cost of the work for each scenario, calculate the aid and financing for which you are eligible, as well as your return on investment.

Surveyed by 3D laser scanner

We use 3D scanners and/or drone photogrammetry to carry out all our surveys on site, land and existing buildings. These technologies guarantee a precise basis for the design, planning, execution and operation of works. Point clouds and 360° photos make it possible to measure, quantify, and analyze geospatial data in order to transform them into real decision-making tools.

As an architect who worked as a wood carpenter-builder, we have a particular affection for this material.
