Gourvellec Architecture is an agency established in Bordeaux for more than twenty years, we work on all types of projects and can justify numerous references in different fields in both private and public markets.

We take great pleasure in supporting our user clients in their projects in the Bordeaux metropolis and around the Arcachon basin. Each project carried out is the result of the meeting between a client and his architect.

It will allow us to meet you and familiarize yourself with the site. This will be an opportunity for us to present our working method to you. We will bring you our vision of the project, our advice and help you formalize your program. After clarification, in the event of agreement, we will be able to offer you two types of contracts which will depend on your needs or your skills.

A project management contract for a reduced mission:

This includes the overall design of the project and the preparation of planning permission application files.

A project management contract for a complete mission:

This contract completes the reduced mission by adding the final and detailed design of the project, the assembly of business consultation files. Support for the project owner (client) in consulting companies and monitoring the completion of the work until delivery of the project.
