O2BO is available for new projects

Bruno AUDEBAUD, a graduate of the National School of Architecture of Nantes since 1997, is an experienced architect in the fields of collective housing, individual houses, industry and commerce, the tertiary sector, health, catering, education and childhood, culture, sport, hospitality, and agriculture.

He carries out its activity with a constant concern for architectural, urban and landscape quality and sustainability in the service of users.

He built his professional experience as an associate architect of two Nantes agencies from 2002 to 2015 and within O2BO architect since 2016 in Nantes and in Quimper since 2022.

Committed to an environmental approach for more than 15 years (continuing training in High Environmental Quality, Low Consumption Building, Positive Energy Building, Energy AUDIT, Development and landscaping, Photovoltaic solar energy), he focuses his activity on ecological construction (energy renovation , bioclimatic design, bio-sourced materials, solar energy, water recovery, reuse).

His approach, based on dialogue and reflection, systematically aims to respond to the uses envisaged in a future construction, in a subtle balance between architecture, landscape, sustainability, economic balance, environmental impacts and functional issues.

The quality of his work is based on his varied experience and his great ability to adapt to new projects, contacts and situations that he encounters throughout each project.

His teaching activity at the Nantes School of Architecture from 2011 to 2017 also gives him a dimension of listening, dialogue and pedagogy, very appreciated in the development of a construction project.

He also knows how to surround himself with the necessary and essential partners for the act of building, such as specific design offices in structure, fluids (electricity, heating, ventilation, energy), landscape, economy, etc.

In parallel with this activity as an architect, he develops the design and creation of interior designs and furniture (staircase, library, kitchen, mezzanine).

Bruno AUDEBAUD can carry out all of the following missions: feasibility study, diagnosis, building permits, design studies, site monitoring, advice and energy audit for new constructions, renovations of extensions and interior fittings.
