Attentive to what pre-exists us, what is already there is invested as a heritage to be regenerated. The ERP, Fire, Accessibility, and Energy standards give rise to the review of an existing building or site without necessarily completely demolishing it. Dialogue and listening to demand and location give life to new constructions, rehabilitation or cohabitation between the new and the existing.

Sensitive to the variety of lifestyles and their transcription in the organization of spaces and light, the elements are arranged while respecting their differences. The materials are used and adapted according to the construction system of the building. The proposals take into account the use and maintenance of the construction, as well as its immediate environment and concern for their origin and method of manufacture. Materials speak or sing and accompany us in the quality of our environment. ED Architecte Savoie is sensitive to the energy of the place.

The place is defined by the geographical location, the nature of its terrain, its history and the urban regulations to which it is subject. The company ED ARCHITECTE SAVOIE is part of the extension of the ED ARCHITECTES collective founded in 1972 and dissolved in 2020 following the covid events.
