CM ARCHITECTES is available for new projects

The history of the CM Architectes agency began in 2007 on the benches of the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture in Marseille. This is where the two founders Charlotte Quessada and Marie Daillé met and shared their years of study. After their diplomas, their paths separated in 2012.

Charlotte Quessada then became deputy head of the town planning department in a community. This experience of more than 5 years allowed her to acquire notions of the town planning code, knowledge on the development of a PLU and to understand the mode of operation of town halls and ancillary administrations with which she now works as an architect.

In January 2015, Marie Daillé had the opportunity to acquire an architectural agency clientele following her retirement. This is how, at the age of 26, she decided to strike out on her own by taking over the reins of an agency established in La Ciotat since 1988.

A two-year collaboration followed, with the architect before her retirement.She then became her mentor and trained her in construction practice. The agency continues today to collaborate with the same teams, who throughout the years have been able to renew its confidence.

The agency specializes in private orders and more precisely detached houses for individuals, whether new construction or extensions/raising heights.

Over the years, the agency's commission has diversified and in 2018, Charlotte joined the agency as an associate. This is how in 2021, they decided to create CM Architectes.

Today the agency mainly works with individuals for the realization of individual and small collective housing projects within the framework of new constructions or the extension and rehabilitation of existing homes. It carries out projects for professionals such as the development of medical centers or the construction of office buildings.

The agency is also authorized to carry out energy audits and offers its clients comprehensive energy renovation projects.
