BLANCHE DE BAYSER is available for new projects

Born in 1980, Blanche de Bayser lives and works in Nantes as a DPLG architect. Graduated in 2007 from the Paris-Belleville school, she set up on her own in 2019. Her professional activity in design/project management is divided into three complementary axes:

Renovation, extension or construction of homes. Trained in energy audits, she also carries out energy renovation work for individuals.

Interior design or restructuring.

Furnishing professional and private spaces. After an in-depth analysis of needs, she proposes a furniture layout adapted to the space and needs.

She followed extension and renovation projects for individual houses on the Ile d'Yeu for a colleague. She furnished the offices of the association “Les Petits Débrouards” with reclaimed furniture. She had a prefabricated wooden house built in Normandy, designed the restructuring of a house in Ivry-sur-Seine whose levels needed to be harmonized, transformed the distribution of a country house in Seine-et-Marne by creating additional rooms or even renovated luxury apartments or apartments for tight budgets in Paris and Nantes.

In monitoring projects, Blanche strives to respect the client's financial envelope, program and deadlines. Good understanding, seriousness and listening are essential to constitute the work team and craftsmen. She offers tailor-made solutions by bringing a touch of surprise that sets each project apart. She takes advantage of the volumes to highlight the place and improve the daily lives of its users.

Her method is firstly based on the formulation of a clear program, combining the views of the different actors and beneficiaries of the project. Then, on the precise analysis of the existing building, allowing its spatial and technical possibilities to be studied. Then on successive project proposals cross-referenced between the client(s) and the craftsmen to arrive at the choice of a coherent solution. The criteria for this choice are technical, spatial, financial, organizational, regulatory, environmental and aesthetic.

Once the choice of project has been made, a building permit is filed if necessary. And the studies are carried out in detail to prepare the site. At each stage, a financial review is ensured. The construction site is organized according to the clients' possibilities, sometimes in several stages. The architect relieves the client of studies and construction work. She coordinates the different constraints and actors to arrive at a coherent solution, in line with the client's needs. Blanche de Bayser is an expert in handling volumes. In a frugal and harmonious way, it seeks to enhance each place by drawing inspiration from its users and respecting its environment.
