KALLIKRATES is available for new projects

The Kallikrates adventure began in 2016 on Reunion Island, where its founder, Isabelle Poli, worked for almost 10 years.

Originally from Aix-en-Provence, Isabelle Poli obtained her master's degree in architecture and her authorization for project management in her own name (HMONP) at the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) in Strasbourg.

She then began her career in an agency on Reunion Island, where the architect collaborated as project manager with private developers and social landlords on collective housing. At the same time, she carries out individual house projects.

In 2019, back in mainland France, Isabelle Poli focused more specifically on energy renovation, and obtained energy audit authorization in order to offer her clients a global vision for more efficient projects. Drawing on her experience in the tropics, it offers bioclimatic and environmentally friendly architecture.

In order to always better support and serve her clients, the architect follows training courses each year and the Kallikrates agency obtains the Mon Accompagnateur Rénov’ approval.

Convinced that the client must be at the heart of the project, the architect establishes a relationship of exchange with her client based on trust. The spaces thus imagined and designed will adapt to your functioning so that the architecture facilitates your daily life and optimizes your comfort and your living environment.

Isabelle Poli is also involved in the associative sector and becomes treasurer of the association Les Architectes de la Rénovation Méditerranée.

Today, the agency guides you in your new construction projects, extensions, elevations, renovations or efficient and comprehensive energy renovation of your individual homes or small collectives.

From the advisory visit mission, which will help define your project and determine its feasibility, to the monitoring of the work where the architect will advise you on the choice of materials and companies, and the completion of the work; through planning permissions, Kallikrates will bring you its experience and know-how.
