REALIZEN, led by DPLG architect Fayçal ZAMIT, around a team of 2 employees and a freelance collaborator, and numerous multidisciplinary partner engineers working in synergy in areas of expertise affecting the public sectors (sports, schools, and cultural), housing (collective, social and private), commercial (commerce and mass distribution), para-hospital equipment, heritage and industrial and office buildings as well as in the areas of landscaping and urban planning. REALIZEN also operates internationally.

REALIZEN is involved at all stages of the project, from the feasibility study to acceptance of the work. Fayçal ZAMIT Architect-DPLG: Project director and single point of contact with 20 years of experience

DPLG architect by training, with significant experience in project management of design and execution through large-scale projects. Since the creation of the ReAliZen firm (formerly ARCH’ID), it has been able to carry out and deliver numerous energy renovation operations. Trained in sustainable development on an urban and architectural scale, he will be responsible for the project, as project director.

Vanessa ORELLANA: Architect DE deputy to the project director (8 years of experience)

Management and coordination of construction and renovation operations through the different phases: Design, Study, and Execution. Creation of graphic renderings (APS – APD – PC – PRO). Establishment of technical and architectural synthesis plans. Planning and management of construction sites. Vanessa will act as deputy project manager during the study phase. With 8 years of experience in the design and monitoring of large-scale projects, she will be able to provide her support and expertise in the management and control of your projects, both during the study phase and during the implementation phase.

Marie Josserand: Administrative manager (25 years of experience)

Executive assistant. Trained in the legal and construction fields, she has provided administrative, financial and legal monitoring since the creation of ReAliZen.
