Small family workshop born in 2016, specializing in renovation, extension, elevation but also new construction.

Extensive experience in complex rehabilitation on different typologies of buildings (individual, collective, co-ownership), different eras (17th, 18th, 19th, 20th century), different contexts (urban, suburbs, rural, nature).

A sensitive, sober and precise approach based on the quality of spaces, lights and materials. Particular attention and requirements are paid to the use of healthy, quality materials that resonate with the body.

An activity based mainly in Paris and Ile-de-France, in Normandy and Auvergne but possibly throughout France DOM TOM included (knowledge of the climate).

• A great knowledge of traditional and current processes.
• Extensive knowledge of natural, ecological materials and bioclimatic principles. Work on passive houses, energy performance and hygrometric comfort.
• A great knowledge of the pathologies of existing buildings from different eras.
• A consideration and an essential study of the context, recording of existing ones in the form of auscultation. Geobiological and sensitive analysis.

Meeting and discussion with the project owner, deep understanding of his program. Future prospects and different scenarios are studied.

Great knowledge of administrative procedures for discussions and authorization filings, having worked on protected buildings, classified as historic monuments or in conservation areas. Discussion with the ABF or DRAC services.

Work mainly for individuals, domestic project for the housing of families, children, elderly people, people with reduced mobility.

Work on all exterior and interior elements: structure, facades, roofing, sanitation techniques, rainwater management, exterior joinery, exterior fittings, partitioning, interior fittings, layouts, furniture design thinking of each project as a unique piece.

Work with associations and the creation of emergency accommodation centers for the homeless and refugees. Use of simple, effective processes for quality construction at lower cost. Organization of collective and individual spaces. Intimacy and community.

Work on the layout of shops and restaurants.
