L&LA is available for new projects

Resulting from a meeting at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture et de Paysage de Bordeaux and five years of joint professional experience within the same agency; the L&LA Architecture Workshop was born in 2020 from complementarity and the common desire to share the profession of architect with all users.

What does L&LA mean?

Solène & Hélène, founders of L&LA, began thinking about their company name with the “L” common letter in their two first names, also forming the sound “Elles”, the feminine gender pronoun. The play on words “she is there” is thus completed by the “A” of the words Architecture and Atelier. L&LA is therefore a workshop for architectural practice.

L&LA is also a local workshop

Financial proximity through the desire to develop an offer accessible to all budgets through a two-hour advisory visit to your home in order to prioritize the modifications and work you wish to undertake. Determining the estimated amount of work is essential upstream of the architectural reflection in order to successfully carry out any L&LA mission.

Proximity of design by submitting two development proposals for all projects: one proposal each whether for a new construction, an extension, an elevation or a kitchen layout. This choice gives Solène & Hélène the opportunity to express their personality and further open up the field of possibilities. The user becomes part of the process by participating in the third and final sketch, the result of three shared views.

Proximity to the territory by collaborating with local businesses and artisans in order to promote the short circuit and territorial know-how. The Atelier operates mainly in the Bordeaux Metropolis and the Arcachon Basin thanks to their two practice locations Solène sur Audenge and Hélène sur Bordeaux. Movements are controlled in order to provide everyone with an immediate response.
