3B ARCHITECTURE is available for new projects

3B Architecture is a team of three architects based in Lorraine, in Nancy, dedicated to architecture, town planning, design and art with public and private project owners throughout France.

Pooling their skills gives them access to different areas, at different scales. The multidisciplinary nature of this team makes it possible to offer relevant responses to the issues relating to each operation, enriching them with expanded know-how. Benoit THEVENARD is convinced that discussion with project owners is the fundamental tool for bringing a project to life and making it exist.

The ambition of the project approach is to produce strong architectural writing that lasts through its quality, respectful of the environment and its users. The projects illustrate 3B Architecture's concern for functional organization, thoughtful integration into the site, assertive spatial qualities, sensitive use of materials, work on light, technical performance and adapted implementation in the framework of an environmental approach.

The human and professional complementarity of the team members makes it possible to respond effectively to constantly evolving issues, particularly relating to current issues oriented towards sustainable development and regulations aimed at improving the living environment. Continuing training for the entire team is one of the essential tools for an effective and responsive response to the most specific requests.

Philosophy

Architecture is defined in its broadest sense as the design and creation of all spaces made by and for man. It represents, nowadays, a major fact of our daily life, an essential component of the civilization and culture of our society. 

The act of architectural creation, whether expressed in terms of building, landscape or urban composition, is a specific service which covers both a professional act, an intellectual and artistic act, and an act of project management.
