• A precise statement of the existing situation, as part of a renovation or extension project
• Two different project sketches to explore the possibilities and give you the choice in the version that suits you best
• A preliminary project that is refined according to your expectations, technical equipment and materials
• A complete town planning file if necessary (creation of surface area, modification of facades, etc.)
• Advice on construction in general, tips for designing your interior and exterior spaces.

Your project will be designed, from the first sketches, on the basis of a 3D model.

During the meetings, Sophie Joubert will present your future spaces to you interactively on a digital tablet. Ideal for planning and understanding the different volumes of a construction!

Plans and visuals will also be given to you in paper format.

Comfortable with administrative procedures, Sophie Joubert will be able to prepare for you the necessary files for your planning permission requests: Building Permit or Prior Works Declaration. She will be there to guide you and support you throughout the instruction.
