The Architecture Workshop offers to think about different projects in direct collaboration with clients and strives to design bioclimatic and healthy buildings, using biosourced, ecological, natural and breathable materials.

The proposals come from experience acquired in the field of architecture and project management, concerning the various construction systems and the physical mechanisms at work in buildings. They also respond to the desire to design spaces and interior layouts in accordance with the wishes of clients, by developing the execution details with the tradesmen.

All projects, whether new or undergoing renovation, are designed to minimize energy consumption, with particular attention paid to thermal bridges.

As part of a project management mission, Christophe Back offers clients the opportunity to work with quality tradesmen who have already proven themselves on previous projects. They can also consult the craftsmen proposed by customers if applicable. An analysis of the different offers allows customers to choose the companies best suited to carrying out the project in the best possible conditions, both in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.

The Architecture Workshop develops the project with the client (choice of materials, technical solutions, technical equipment, etc.) to obtain the desired thermal efficiency, atmosphere, and cost. He then presents several preliminary project proposals to the client.

REDEVELOPMENT – RENOVATION – TRANSFORMATION – EXTENSION

The Architecture Workshop offers a diagnosis of existing buildings before work or before purchase, and can take care of the project management of the planned work, including the modification of existing supporting structures if necessary, or the design of constructive systems in the case of redevelopment of existing volumes (such as barns, for example).

PROFESSIONAL AND ASSOCIATIVE COMMERCIAL PREMISES

The Architecture Workshop has acquired experience in the construction, fitting out and modification of premises intended for Establishments Open to the Public (shops, restaurants, pharmacies, medical practices, dental practices, etc.). He prepares files for authorization to modify or develop an Establishment open to the public, as well as files for providing accessibility for people with disabilities.
