Passionate about the design process, we offer two creative workshops to bring out the potential of the place, your lifestyle, your tastes and other important information for your project.

These workshops allow us to get to know you better, establish your priorities and respond to your requests with unique proposals that reflect your image.

Sketches

At the end of the creative workshops, we offer you 3 sketches presenting different projects that meet your needs

These sketches specify the location and adaptation to the land, the orientation, the access, the exterior envelope with its main openings, the organization of the spaces, their connections, the development and improvement solutions of the existing.

Architectural design

We offer you the nature and characteristics of materials, construction processes and interior equipment.

We produce all the graphic and written documents to allow a good understanding of the project:

• Plans, sections, elevations and views, with significant architectural design details at appropriate scales.
• All the detailed specifications of the works in the form of a Specification of Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.) including, for each trade: the estimated cost of the work, by trade
• A predictable schedule for the progress of the operation.
