ATELIER VVD is available for new projects

Valérie Véron-Durand, DPLG Architect, created her workshop in 2007 after having worked in renowned architectural agencies such as that of Jean Nouvel.

First established in Paris, her workshop moved to La Garde, near Toulon, in 2020.

Valérie Véron-Durand works on private projects such as apartments, individual houses, buildings but also collective housing and small facilities (crèches, reception offices, shelters, etc.).

Her missions range from the advisory visit before the purchase of a property, to the complete mission including all phases of the project, namely:

• General design: Sketch, Preliminary Project
• Administrative Request: Building permit or Declaration of works
• Detailed design: Project
• Call for tenders
• Site supervision
• Works receipt

A partial mission limited to the general design and administrative request can also be proposed.

With the exception of the advisory visit, the first appointment is free.

Then, Valérie Véron-Durand establishes a fee proposal clearly defining the content of her mission.

For each study entrusted to her, the architect refines the program established by the client according to the various data of the project such as the site, the environment, the orientation, the sunshine, the characteristics of the existing building, the rules of town planning, thermal regulations, etc. The budgetary envelope is also specified throughout the project, each phase including an estimate of the cost of the work.

To define a personalized architecture with you, Valérie Véron-Durand listens to you and then offers you several solutions adapted to your desires and your budget. During the general design, the workshop establishes interior and/or exterior perspectives of the different proposals in order to allow you to choose the one that best suits you in terms of spaces, volumes, light, etc. The materials and products used implemented are specified with you during the detailed design.

Valérie Véron-Durand favors refined shapes, natural materials, soft colors.

The workshop regularly works in a network with partners in the act of building: expert surveyors, design offices, tradesmen, companies, etc.
