YANN LEFRANCOIS ARCHITECTE DPLG is available for new projects

I have been working in the Rouen region as a DPLG architect for more than 22 years. 

After working in an agency with an associate until 2008, I have been independent since this period. 

In recent years I have had the opportunity to work on projects located geographically in the Rouennaise region – creation of Monoprix stores, Bouygues Télécom, Marionnaud, Trésor stores, restructuring of Crédit Agricole head offices in Bois Guillaume and Evreux.

My sector of activity also extends to projects for individuals (renovation and energy renovation, construction of houses), with the desire to promote efficient and eco-responsible buildings. With the cost of energy increasing and resources being a real challenge for the future, in the study of projects, these parameters become elements just as important as the architecture of the building.

In the Normandy region I am a BBC renovator, which allows me to carry out energy renovation projects by supporting clients in the assistance process, in preparing the file and of course in the completion of the site.

I also have passive construction capacity certification for having carried out passive house projects. When a project arises and the conditions make it possible to direct the project towards a passive building project (orientation, environment, etc.), I present the concept of passive building, its advantages, its long-term savings, its comfort of use, in order to construct a durable building that will last through the years with a very low operating cost.

I also work in the creation of businesses, which leads me to work with control offices, SSI coordinator, etc. and to apply accessibility standards for people with reduced mobility and security standards for ERPs. .

My sector of activity is therefore mainly focused on private clients, individuals and professionals, wishing to build or renovate a sustainable building with the aim of ensuring that the work optimizes comfort, cost of use and environmental impact, and many other parameters specific to each project…
