OXYMORE-Architectes is a multidisciplinary agency working throughout the Hauts-de-France region. Drawing on the skills of its core group of associates, it works in the areas of housing, specific housing, equipment, commerce, industry and the port. Our team has made a specialty of supporting large national and international agencies on structuring projects in Hauts-de-France, such as the Palais des Congrès, the swimming pool, the engineering structure, etc.

This voluntary intervention on a wide diversity of programs and scales provides the agency with know-how which allows it to respond effectively to the plural requirements of the project owner.

The agency's philosophy is to work in all its aspects: design, production!

To do this, our team combines architects, works engineers and economists.

We work as operation architects with large national or international agencies. These collaborations being at the heart of our DNA, they constitute the best demonstration of our way of working in collaboration with other actors in the act of building (colleagues, landscapers, engineers, scenographers, artists).

For us, the form, the architectural writing is not an intrinsic result of the question posed by the program, the context, the environment and the use. Thus, the architectural expression is unique for each project in a constant effort of creativity which draws on existing constraints and reformulates them.

We engage in a project approach where the translation of the program is expressed in the excellence of the functionality of the buildings created, which is closely linked to a bioclimatic and sustainable design of the project. We do everything to build better with less, in a sustainable and socially responsible way.
