GIANNO DI JANNO ARCHITECTURE is available for new projects

The Gianno di Janno architectural studio offers the design of generous and unique places. Its philosophy consists of taking advantage of the context and the territory on which the project is designed to offer local architecture, anchored locally. This vision leads the workshop to design projects with common sense and high standards: the resulting construction is then efficient from a technical and energy point of view without the beauty of the spaces suffering.

The Gianno di Janno workshop works on both renovation projects and new projects. The proposed architectural style is sober and refined while being resolutely contemporary. The Gianno di Janno workshop likes to invite the contemporary into the old, which allows us to bring modern comfort to places already full of history and which have character. Reuse and biosourced materials are regularly included in our projects. However, the workshop's work considers that architecture is environmentally friendly as long as it is sustainable: each new project is an opportunity to design the most sustainable architecture possible.

The workshop is accredited as an “energy auditor” on the France Rénov' site, which allows us to offer you the energy audit service to support you in a relevant and adapted manner in your project on energy and thermal aspects. Our vision of luxury is more about implementing the right materials in the right place with rigor and attention to detail to create refined and generous spaces rather than prescribing expensive materials that come from far away. One of the strengths of the workshop is to see the potential of a place where no one sees it and to be a force for proposals. We like to think and engage our creativity on special or atypical subjects and places.

The workshop travels regularly and studies all proposals regardless of their geographical location.
