Serving everyday architecture, combining aesthetics and functionality, Arthur Maas exercises his profession with passion and determination.

With a cumulative experience of 10 years within architectural agencies in Montpellier and Nîmes, in the South of France, he is launching his own activity in 2021 in a village in Gard, near the departments of Bouches- Rhône and Vaucluse.

In 10 years within architectural agencies, he was able to acquire solid experience in the architectural project process: from the sketch to the building permit, from consulting tradesmen to site monitoring, including management. unforeseen events and hazards inherent to construction projects.

Attention to detail and attentive, he will make a point of informing his clients in advance of the obstacles likely to be encountered throughout the design and construction process, constantly seeking to establish a relationship of trust between his clients and him.

Having worked in agencies on a wide variety of projects, ranging from buildings open to the public (cinemas, shops, stores) to offices, including individual or collective housing, he now focuses mainly on everyday architecture: renovation of old homes, construction of new houses or villas, extensions or elevations, wooden frame houses, etc. However, it remains open to other types of construction projects, whether professional or public.

Convinced that architecture is an essential tool for well-being, its architectural design will seek above all the harmony of colors and materials, the provision of natural light, the play of shadows, as well as framed points of view on the surrounding nature.

Aware of the current climate issues, even more marked in the South of France, Arthur Maas directs his architectural design as much as possible towards thermal comfort, energy optimization, and the use of biosourced materials, by regularly training on new advances in the field.
