ATELIER APCM is available for new projects

Atelier APCM is a young Parisian architecture agency created in 2021 by Alexia Pauly and Clotilde Maréchal.

They met during their studies at the Paris La-Villette School of Architecture and then had very different paths before joining forces.

Alexia, passionate about heritage, trained for 4 years on construction sites, in an agency specializing in the renovation and maintenance of Parisian buildings.

Clotilde, passionate about housing in general, worked for several years on new and rehabilitation programs.

Rich in their respective experiences and their complementarity, in 2021, the idea of ​​an agency germinated during a drink on the terrace.

The renovation of apartments and individual houses is the heart of their activity. But the agency has also focused on equipment renovation projects (offices, businesses, etc.) and collective residential buildings. The small challenge area and the big one exhilarates!

Very attached to built heritage, they seek in all their projects to respect what already exists and to enhance it using current techniques and materials. Aware that each place is closely linked to its use, they put people at the heart of their projects.

They appreciate the minimalist and authentic style which they adapt to the client's desires and pay particular attention to detail.

Above all, their role is to listen to the customer by detecting their expectations in order to offer adapted solutions. They are present from the first sketch to receipt of the work, including complete support throughout the project.

To carry out their operations, they work hand in hand with entrepreneurs on whom they can count and thanks to whom the project ideas come to life.

Between the Paris Region and more recently the Vendée, they are committed to combining professionalism and good humor in order to offer the best support to their customers.
