From sketch to delivery, we support you in the design of your projects, in Corsica of course, where our head office is located, in the Alps, from the mountains to the sea, where we have connections, around Paris where we have a secondary establishment, even internationally, where we have extensive experience in Germany, China and South Korea.

Our discussions with you constitute the essential relationship prior to any design and we find there the inspiration for our proposals which are always respectful of your programmatic and budgetary data.

Our attention to climate issues is constant, both with regard to the energy cost of using buildings and with regard to the care we owe to our planet.

Our relationship with the proposed volumes always remains rational because we are convinced that elegance does not need quirkiness, at least as far as the built environment in which we all live is concerned.

Beyond this initial information on our way of working, we specify that, for the creation of residences (primary or secondary, individual or collective), if this is requested from us, we ourselves establish most of the administrative documents and necessary techniques by adapting their complexity to the type of companies likely to carry out the works. Only structural engineering is requested, either integrated into our contract or contracted independently by you.

The construction techniques are chosen with you and, depending on the needs, all the necessary explanations are given to you on the different possible options both depending on the location of the project and taking into account the various regulatory requirements relating to it.

We also pay particular attention to the materials used, depending on the economic context but also to best integrate the project into its site. This is also required when the project is located in a protected environment, whether for ecological or heritage reasons.

Outside of the international arena, we carefully study the building environment around your projects in order to best support you in the designation of companies if this is desired.

In the same way, we also ensure the direction of the work of our designs, a mission in which we have long experience.
