ETP engineer and DPLG architect, Alain Renard has worked as a freelancer for 10 years and has designed various projects in his own name (chaix in Andert Condon, Ferme in Echallon, villa extension in Clamart) and participates in project management groups for the realization of major renovation projects (Colt telecommunications, Axa).

In order to understand the practice of large projects, in 2006 he joined the Parisian agency of Sotec Ingénierie, BET TCE and engineering to take over operational management. Responsible for monitoring all operations, he takes care in particular of competitions in which he will optimize the design in full consultation with the architects, Dubus et Rochez, Brulman et Crochon, RMDM, Beguin & Macchini, Bigeaut-Taieb. He takes charge of a major project in project management, as agent for Airbus Industrie for the construction in Saint-Nazaire of the assembly hall for the central section of the A350, and as AMO for Turbomeca Groupe Safran for the construction in Buchelay (78) of the helicopter turbine regulator manufacturing plant. Microturbo, a subsidiary of Turbomeca, will entrust it with the creation of the master plan for the development of the existing factory in Toulouse. After disengagement from SOTEC in PARIS, he joined Facea where he took charge of coordinating energy renovation projects in social housing and MOE competitions in public markets.

He joined CETBA to take charge of the management of the Projects Division but the Nox group, recent purchaser of CETBA, decided to reorganize. He will subsequently carry out temporary missions on various subjects (Transitional management of the Consulting Center for the development of mobility spaces EFFIA SYNERGIE, Design manager at OGER INTERNATIONAL and operations manager at the CEA in SACLAY).

Concerned about constant improvement, Alain Renard trains regularly to acquire additional knowledge on construction. Trained in environmental construction from the launch of HQE procedures, he enriched his practice with the “environmental common sense” that all architectural thinking should. Today, he recently completed his expertise by following courses at the ICH (Institute of Construction and Housing) at the CNAM. Thus, it brings a stricter legal and financial dimension to its advice.

In charge of various housing and hotel projects for Nexity, Kaufman & Broad, Franco-Switzerland, as a consultant at S&H Ingénierie, he took up architecture by carrying out various missions for institutions (CEA, EDF, Municipalities) and individuals.

Do not hesitate to contact Alain Renard to discuss your project.
