VINCENT D'ARTEMARE ARCHITECTE is available for new projects

Since 2010, Vincent d'Artemare has been supporting individual clients in their restructuring, renovation and housing extension projects.

The agency has in particular acquired know-how in raising the height of houses and buildings, as well as extensive experience in attic recovery.

The agency's missions range from advice or feasibility study to delivery of the work. More than sixty of the projects entrusted to him have been completed to date.

The agency's work is guided by three principles:

• Co-design: the project is the result of a dialogue between the project owner and the architect who listens, makes proposals and refines them until the most accurate result is achieved. This dialogue is maintained throughout the construction site during which the project owner is invited to participate in the choice of materials and equipment as he understands the new spaces under construction.
• Contextuality: the existing building, its environment and the program must constitute the backbone of the project which is never the adaptation of a pre-existing concept. The diagnosis phase is important and allows us to research and highlight the qualities of the place.
• Architectural, economic and ecological sobriety: favor simple solutions, the conservation of what can be, the inventive use of standard elements and ecological materials, the richness of spaces more than that of materials.

Even in small projects, this richness of spaces is sought after and results in contrasting atmospheres, dynamic places or places conducive to rest, sometimes coexisting in the same room, several circulation possibilities.

Over the years, the agency has established privileged relationships with several design offices, companies and craftsmen proven for their seriousness, but is always interested in new collaborations with professionals recommended by project owners.

Vincent d'Artemare, very aware of the importance of a real estate project for a particular client, is convinced that the success of the project owes a lot to a relationship of trust between the different stakeholders in the project and strives to maintain it.
