JG ARCHITECTURE is available for new projects

A DPLG architect by training, Julien Gallina worked in this profession for 10 years for an agency specializing in large-scale projects (employee for 4 years, then co-manager for 6 years). In 2012, he made the decision to diversify his professional skills by moving towards a position as program manager within the “TERRA” promotion group specializing in the development of high-end housing on the French Riviera. This choice of career path broadened his outlook on the world of real estate and reinforced his desire to resume work as a freelance architect in 2015.

Thus, he had the chance to be in turn Project Manager then Project Manager for the “Villa Pinetta + Domaine des Artistes” project in Antibes. A unique position, which allowed it to go all the way: promoting architectural quality but also the financial success of the operation by guiding choices, controlling costs, helping with sales and support for buyers.

Through these numerous experiences, Julien Gallina has understood very different scales and fields: from simple housing to luxury resorts, from public building competitions (Nuyens school, Bordeaux) to private orders for individual houses, from sketches prospective (Futuroscope, Wuhan, China) to the detail of a dressing room unit (Domaine des Artistes, Antibes).

This journey has shaped his ability to adapt and communicate to establish a climate of trust and respect with my colleagues and stakeholders throughout the projects.

For several years he has focused his interventions on large-scale private projects in collaboration with other architects in the sector or internationally. They act on behalf of private developers on multi-program urban operations of 15,000 to 30,000m2 in complex fabrics, increasingly based on the BIM method of which they remain the main players. They lead projects from Building Permit to architectural monitoring.
