LAETITIA ZAMBON ARCHITECTE is available for new projects

🙋‍♀️ I am Laetitia ZAMBON, Architect listening to your future construction, extension or rehabilitation projects.

➡️ After a first year of Master's degree spent at the Florence School of Architecture, it was in Nancy that I obtained my State Architect's diploma followed by my HMONP (Habilitation for Project Management in its Proper Name).

Registered with the Order of Architects since 2015, I practice in my own name. From 2017 to 2024, I will now practice as an associate of ACCORD & ARCHI. Since November 2024, I have decided to stand on my own two feet and LAETITIA ZAMBON ARCHITECT was born.

I worked at the Nancy School of Architecture for 5 years in Arts and Techniques of Representation.

Ensuring a demanding technological watch, I am keen to update my knowledge related to sustainable development techniques each year through my participation in numerous qualifying training courses.

I create unique buildings, since they are the expression of a different scenario each time, bringing together specific actors around an original subject on a particular site, including unique financial, temporal and technical objectives. I build, restructure and rehabilitate public facilities dedicated to culture, education, medicine, etc., individual and collective housing, tertiary and commercial buildings, which demonstrate multiple experiences in various programs.

👩‍💻 I intervene with:

- Individuals (House construction, elevation, extension, spaces to rethink, etc.)      

- Professionals (creation, rehabilitation or extension of professional premises, whether offices, groups of practitioners, businesses or other)

I design sensitive and responsible architecture where humans are at the center, and where the environment is preserved.

👥 I joined the Bouge ta Boite network to exchange with other dynamic and motivated women entrepreneurs. This network allows me to share experiences, find new opportunities and draw inspiration from the journeys of my “Bougeuses” colleagues. The mutual aid and solidarity that reign within this network are powerful drivers for my professional and personal development.

Whatever the project, I support my clients as best they can in their adventure with kindness and transparency, giving them a different perspective. My goal is to help them see differently, to open up other fields of possibilities.
