HMONP architect, I work under the status of self-entrepreneur (individual entrepreneur) for your construction and renovation projects of individual houses.

Clients are at the heart of all the projects I carry out. I work with varied profiles, ranging from individuals looking to improve or build their homes to architectural agencies looking for collaborators to assist them on one-off missions. This mode of operation allows me to see several facets of the profession of Architect.

Below you will find the different missions that are generally offered:

• Preliminary studies mission (phase A): This mission aims to define the feasibility of your project. 
• Partial mission: building permit (phases A + B): The architect ensures the design of the project and assists you in compiling the building permit application file or prior declaration.
• General design mission without works management (phases A + B + C): The architect ensures the design of the project down to the smallest detail, assists you with the building permit application (or prior declaration) and is responsible for the technical design of your project. You will then be able to personally take charge of the phase of consulting companies and carrying out the work (site monitoring).
• A complete mission (phases A + B + C + D): The architect ensures the design of the project down to the smallest detail, assists you with the building permit application (or prior declaration), is responsible for the technical design of your project and selects with you the companies responsible for the work and manages the site until acceptance.

​The fees vary depending on the missions entrusted and the complexity of the project, they are calculated according to a daily rate (€200 excluding VAT - no VAT) to which must be added the insurance and intervention costs of external service providers (depending on the projects : soil study, surveyor, thermal study, structural study, etc.).

1.Partial mission: feasibility study, preliminary project, administrative procedures. Equivalent to approximately 5% to 10% of the cost of the work

2. Complete mission: feasibility study, preliminary project, administrative procedures, consultations with companies, site monitoring.  Equivalent to approximately 10% to 15% of the cost of the work
