The architecture agency Nota Bene Architecte & Associé was created in 2O22 in Paris, before moving in 2024 to Normandy, in Ouistreham. It was born from the association between Justine Buisson, HMONP architect and Clément Nouvel, D.E. architect and 3D graphic designer. They met on the benches of the Paris-Val-de-Seine architecture school, it is thanks to the complementarity of their professional backgrounds that these associates are the guarantee of a qualitative response both on the technical and aesthetic plan, which adapts to the needs of each client and each project.
The agency seeks to design spaces that are harmonious and anchored in their geography. It is attached to contextual reality and works their architecture in the finesse of the interstices and the enhancement of the direct environment. Behind each project, it highlights a territory, a reinterpretation of the historical, social and architectural reality of the place.
For the agency, there is no “small project”. They ensures that they work on each scale of the project with the same care, the same sensitivity and the same attention to detail. Renovation, new construction, extension... of an individual house or premises intended for the public, nothing stops the two architects who are very curious, always up for a new adventure!
Justine has an outlook that is both sensitive and technical. Her solid experience on buildings of all sizes and types will allow her to find relevant and aesthetic answers to your needs with you.
Clément, for his part, combines his skills as an architect with his know-how in 3D modeling to offer effective and very meaningful decision-making tools and supports for project owners who have difficulty planning, particularly through the realization perspective images or animated videos.
Accustomed to working together, they have developed an efficient and structured working methodology. They are at your disposal to build with you the project of your wishes and can support you from the beginnings to delivery.
