FMG ARCHITECTE is available for new projects

Francisco Gonçalves is a DPLG architect who graduated in 2000 from the Paris Val de Marne school of architecture in Charenton le pont.

Since adolescence, Francisco Gonçalves has worked on construction sites with his father, an entrepreneur from a stonemason/mason family. He has since become passionate about construction and architecture.

In 2012, after 14 years spent in project management firms (site preparation and monitoring, around 1000 collective housing units) as an associate, FMG Architect was created in order to put all the technical experience acquired at the service of the design of projects.

FMG Architect uses 3D design software (REVIT AND ENSCAPE) for a better understanding of space.

So each client can move around their project in a digital model, allowing us to design the project of their dreams together.

For a personal project: based on your needs, your tastes, your lifestyle, the possible development of your family and the layout of the premises, FMG Architect advises you and designs your project with you while respecting the closer to your budget. If you wish, FMG can support you in the realization and construction of your project.

For an investment or real estate development project based on the PLU and your specifications, FMG Architect ensures that your project is optimized, and with its experience of site monitoring FMG architect can support you in monitoring the construction site.

Throughout the design phase, meetings are organized in order to design the project together. With good relationships with administrations, FMG Architecte will be able to represent you and defend your project to them.
