SPW ARCHITECTURE is available for new projects

Sarah Petrignet is a passionate architect who has been practicing for over 15 years.

A graduate of INSA Strasbourg and registered with the Order of Architects of Center Val de Loire, she has developed a creative activity that combines aesthetics, functionality and comfort.

Since the start of her career, she has been keen to support her clients in both their personal and professional projects, taking into account the specific needs of each project and each client.

Her work is based on extensive experience in space design and mastery of the technical and regulatory constraints applicable to each project and each location. She pays particular attention to the well-being of the future occupants of the spaces she designs and thus strives to integrate the components of comfort, functionality and aesthetics into the buildings she designs.

His achievements are numerous and varied. Among its large-scale projects, we can cite the new E.Leclerc hypermarket in Honfleur, the future medical analysis laboratory at the Tours University Hospital, the restructuring of the Jean Emond college in Vendôme or the renovation of the gymnasiums at the Grandmont high school in Tours.

Conversely, Sarah also appreciates working on a smaller scale and/or on heritage elements, such as the construction of social housing around the old Notre-Dame-d'Oé station, renovated and transformed into two housing units or the rehabilitation of old housing in the hamlets of Esvres, Reignac-sur-Indre and Saint-Branchs.

Her activity having started in Alsace where she travels regularly, she also works on more local architecture, such as in Ribeauvillé where she designed a wooden frame elevation.

Convinced that architecture is an activity of public utility and that it must be accessible to all, it also offers consulting and diagnostic services.

Always in search of new knowledge, she never stops training. She has been an energy auditor in individual homes since June 2024 and continues to improve her practice through the use of design software and 3D images.
