3M3 ARCHITECTE is available for new projects

Founded in 2022, the 3m³ agency specializes in responsible and innovative architectural designs. Our goal is to meet the sustainability and functionality requirements for each project, while ensuring their harmonious integration into their built and landscaped environment.

We work on projects of different scales, ranging from construction and rehabilitation to the renovation of apartments and individual houses. We also carry out large-scale projects such as collective housing, public facilities and urban development, ensuring the quality of finish of each m³.

The agency is committed to the design of a volume, beyond the plan, to offer maximum and optimized space occupation, according to needs, uses and desires. At 3m³, we believe that every square meter counts, especially in cities like Paris where space is precious. Our approach to volume design allows us to transform small spaces into functional and pleasant environments to live in.

For example, we favor the use of integrated and modular furniture that adapts to the varied needs of our customers. From Murphy beds to foldable desks, each element is designed to offer flexibility and practicality.

We also design clever storage spaces, such as built-in cupboards and vertical storage solutions, which help declutter rooms while preserving a feeling of openness.
