2M AU CARRE is available for new projects

The 2M au Carré agency was born from the association of two architects with varied experience and complementary skills. Mourad Mezaïb and Marine Viot have chosen to pool their know-how to strengthen their vision of architecture. Aesthetics, precision, simplicity and efficiency are essential for them in order to transcend the rules and constraints of a project, get the most out of it and offer their clients an innovative response in line with their requirements. Marine Viot and Mourad Mezaïb combine elegance with the functionality of spaces to develop contemporary projects where light, materials and volumes are designed to enhance the place. Aware that everyone's personality and way of life are unique, they are committed to meeting their customers' expectations as best as possible.

Current environmental issues have pushed the agency to have a global reflection in the design and the act of building for sustainable, efficient projects whose environmental impact is minimized with the integration of biosourced or reused materials.

Their experience in multiple operations with various programs and scales allows them to respond to several types of projects: construction, extension, energy renovation, offices and establishments open to the public.

Marine Viot graduated from the ISA Saint-Luc architecture school in Brussels and ENSA Paris Val de Seine. HMONP architect since 2011, from private homes to collective housing buildings, housing is his specialty. She also developed her experience in ERP construction with the construction of a nursery and the design of medical offices.

Mourad Mezaïb is a graduate of the Paris Belleville school of architecture. A DPLG architect since 1997, he now has nearly 25 years of experience in leading major projects such as residential, educational or industrial buildings. He has a perfect command of project management and technical and executive monitoring of the work. Trained in building energy renovation, he is able to manage a global renovation project supported by appropriate technical design offices.
