Hauss Architecture is a multidisciplinary practice operating throughout France, with a strong presence in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

After significant experience at one of France's largest architectural firms, Michaël Hauss founded his practice with a rigorous approach to the profession, enabling him to respond precisely to all types of private and public projects, from design to delivery.

The firm's services are structured into several stages:

• Consulting and Analysis: site visit, feasibility study with programmatic guidance, budget analysis, and initial technical and regulatory approaches.
• Design Studies: outline, overall project design (APS + APD), planning application (building permit, prior declaration, ERP authorization, etc.).
• Project Studies and Consultation with Contractors: detailed design with PRO file (technical plans, project descriptions, schedule, implementation) and DCE (contractor consultation file), bid analysis, and assistance with contracting.
• Construction and Delivery Monitoring: construction execution management (DET), cost and schedule monitoring, contractor management, and project acceptance.
