Racconto Maria ARCHITECTE is available for new projects

A graduate of the Paris Val de Seine School of Architecture, with congratulations from the jury, Maria RACCONTO built her experience working in many fields of architecture before devoting herself to renovation.

First employed in an agency in Paris and London, Maria then worked in project management for the construction of places open to the public, then for co-ownerships tackling the issues of common areas and renovation.

On her own, she has been developing projects for individuals to renovate their homes or workplaces for several years.

This is how her work goes:

During your first meeting at the project location, you will detail your needs, your wishes, your budget and your deadlines. Maria RACCONTO will make an assessment of the state of the existing situation and will discuss with you the feasibility of your project.

Following this meeting, this architect will send you by email a fee proposal for a complete or partial mission.

• The project study: If you accept this proposal, Maria will travel a second time to take measurements of the location in order to develop existing plans and decide on the project program. She draws up a proposal for an overall solution using plans presenting the principles of the general organization of the different spaces.
• The detailed project: Once the program and the overall solution have been validated, Maria details the plans and graphic documents, she does research to offer you materials and colors.
• The Business Consultation File: Once the project has been validated by you, Maria establishes the Business Consultation File: Precise description of the work to be carried out. The references of the equipment and materials chosen. The corresponding graphic and technical documents. This file allows the companies to precisely quantify the project and choose those who will work on the site.
• The construction site: Once the company has been chosen, Maria organizes the start of the construction site and submits a schedule. She checks her progress and the conformity of the work on a weekly basis and prepares reports until the work is received.
• Administrative authorization: If the project requires it, Maria prepares and submits the application for administrative authorization: prior declaration or building permit.
