ATELIER RIA is available for new projects

Atelier RIA is a dynamic architecture agency based in Carnac and Lorient in Morbihan.

Created by Hippolyte du Rivau after several experiences in Paris, notably in different architectural agencies, he wanted to develop his own structure in order to put into practice an architecture that is more respectful of both the environment and people.

Atelier RIA pays particular attention to the use of bio-sourced materials and innovative and ecological techniques.

Our vision of the world and our resources is changing, and it is up to us, young architects, to lead the profession towards these new ways of thinking about projects.

Each project is different and unique, we make it a point of honor to offer you a personalized project adapted to your desires and needs.

Each project follows the same work process:

• Feasibility: A phase which begins with an exchange with you in order to best understand the spectrum of your project and see if its realization is possible.
• Sketch: The first project variants are proposed to you.
• Preliminary project: A main option is selected, developed and detailed.
• Administrative authorization: If necessary, we prepare a file for building permit, prior declaration, work authorization, etc.
• Project and consultation: Creation of all the elements (graphic and written) necessary for the companies to estimate your project and secondly, assistance in the analysis of the companies' quotes.
• Execution: Monitoring of the site to ensure the successful completion by the companies of the project built together during the previous stages.
• Reception: Assistance in receiving the completed work.

By following these steps, we ensure continuity throughout the project, from design to execution of the work, reinforcing good control of the time and budget that you have set.

Atelier RIA has experience in different fields of architecture and interior design, notably the renovation and construction of offices, restaurants, stores, stadiums, etc.; but also in the renovation of apartments and individual houses, extensions and enlargements.

Our geographical location allows us to operate throughout France for design projects, and our partners allow us to ensure effective work monitoring (if we are not able to do it ourselves).
