MATHILDE SADRAN is available for new projects

Mathilde SADRAN is a DE-HMONP architect, graduated from ENSA Marseille in November 2018 with congratulations from the jury. She has been working since January 2019, first in an agency accompanied by a project manager and a collaborator, then she decided to open a new page in her career by working on her own. She then surrounds herself with trusted partners to carry out each project entrusted to her.

Today it is established in the town of Peynier (13), so as to be able to operate in Bouches-du-Rhône and the Var. She also has the possibility, on a case-by-case basis, to travel within the commune of Bordeaux (33) and its surrounding area, but also around Villeneuve sur lot (47) (within a radius of 150km).

She works on all types of projects for both individuals and professionals. She works on projects ranging from the design of new individual houses and/or the creation of extensions and/or renovations, to the design of collective housing buildings (R+2). But it is also involved in the creation of new industrial/retail (ERP)/office buildings and/or renovation/extension/rehabilitation.

In addition to this wide range of interventions and following the advice of her diploma jury, she makes “Disability” her work leitmotif. Over the years, she has therefore been able to develop particular skills in functional and secure arrangements adapted to people with disabilities. She makes a point of making inclusiveness a guideline for her architecture.

For her, each project is the result of a process anchored in collaboration and the constant search for solutions. It is in this complexity that she designs these “unique” projects which offer daily fulfillment.

As part of a partial mission (submission of permit or other authorization without site monitoring), she will be able to support you throughout the process and will take care of the procedures with the town planning department.

As part of the project management or complete mission (submission of permit or other authorization with site monitoring), it will select for and with you the craftsmen/teams who will best meet your expectations in terms of construction.
