LADR Architectes is a young architectural agency born from the shared vision of Jean Dupuis and Ewan Carréric. Ewan and Jean offer their know-how acquired during their various experiences in the Breton territory. The agency, located on the Emerald Coast, mainly operates in Brittany and Normandy.

Aware of the challenges of the territory, LADR Architecte is keen to integrate its architecture into the vernacular fabric, it uses the local architectural language; treatment of volumes, facades, materials and shifts it into a contemporary dimension by integrating the issues and needs in order to offer unique and lasting constructions.

The LADR Architectes agency carefully integrates all the factors inherent to the design of the architectural project:

Understanding the site; solar input, height difference, prevailing winds, vegetation, surroundings in order to bring your project into dialogue with its environment and provide it with full coherence.

The technique via exchanges between the agency and its partners on constructive aspects; structure, thermal, fluids, and other inseparable elements of the project which, well integrated, enhance the latter.

Use; you will be active in the design process so that the agency can define in detail your program, your budget and understand your way of living and working in order to create a project in your image.

Each project is also unique. The LADR Architectes agency will support you in three stages according to your needs:

- Step 1 - PC: Feasibility of the project, project plans, 3D renderings, exchange with the instructor services, submission and obtaining of the building permit

- Step 2 - DCE: Detailed plans, constructive details and written documents for companies.

- Step 3 Construction site: Support in the choice of companies and monitoring of your construction site until receipt of the work
